Formwork Plywood
Miro Formwork Plywood is available for the West African market and worldwide. Made with Eucalyptus, Gmelina and Acacia timbers from our own plantations, our plywood has high structural properties and durability. Our products are suitable for the rigorous requirements of modern infrastructure projects and construction, from bridges, to factory, apartment and office building construction.
Miro Formwork Plywood is a quality investment, allowing multiple uses by the contractor and providing a high aesthetic finish to all construction projects with long-lasting benefit to end-users.
FILM-FACED PLYWOOD
This is our principal product for concrete shuttering, offering good surface performance and mechanical strength.
Our standard grades are sizes are:
- Full hardwood core, density 600-700kg/m3
- 9-21mm thickness
- UF/MUF/PF as required (E2/E1/E0 options)
- MR/BWR/BWP grades
- 220/220 film face.
General Plywood
This is a high-quality plywood for interior and exterior wood-faced applications, and is made with durable and aesthetically pleasing Eucalyptus, Gmelina and/or Acacia timber all sustainably cut from Miro’s own plantations. We can supply as cost efficient core/mat ply or overlay with an additional aesthetic layer including okoume, bintangor and birch face/back, or melamine film.
End-users will enjoy the satisfaction of a true wood material, that can be left natural, melamine covered or painted to meet the customers requirements and latest fashion trends.
PLATFORM PLYWOOD
This is our most cost-effective product in the general plywood range. It is made with only core veneers and is not aesthetically faced. It provides the same structural properties as all other Miro products (such as MIROply) and does remain aesthetically pleasing whilst having a small veneer join in the face. This product is ideal for all internal structural applications where the plywood will be covered or painted:
- 9mm-18mm
- Gmelina and Eucalyptus cross grained face
- MR and BWR grade
